The History of Astro-Durance

Astro-Durance and all of its’ business functions were put on hold to comply with the state mandates in March 2020. The affiliates in other nations were also put on hold due to mandates. Everything came to a halt.

During this downtime, many people could not work out. We have found that keeping the body moving is critical for good overall health; especially for those with physical limitations and autoimmune disorders like arthritis. Astro-Durance bungee exercise gets the heart rate revved in seconds and helps the blood and lymph move while giving all the muscles and fascia in the body a stretch.

After helping studios nationwide re-open their doors and rebrand themselves the demand for franchising became too much to ignore. Now Patty L Cummings with a team of professionals took it upon themselves to work with her vision of making the processes a smoother operation by creating a franchise package that gave others the opportunity to own and operate their own, turn-key Astro­Durance Bungee Studio without all the added stressors that come with opening a new business.

The creator of Astro-Durance Bungee Fitness, Systems, and the motion-based exercise certification and training program is Patty L Cummings. She is the owner and creator of Astro-Durance Bungee Systems, LLC, Manufacturing; Astro-Durance Education; P2 Personal Training; and Astro-Durance Bungee Studio, LLC. Not only did Patty L Cummings invent the concept, equipment, and programming but as a result of her hard work, creativity, and love for people, she created a new category in fitness never before seen, leading the way to the future of fitness.
